During the Easter period the Rev Victor Neill made an appeal for a retiring offering to be collected for Famine Relief in Southern Sudan and Northern Kenya.
As a result of that appeal we have been able to send £1,200.00 to the Barnabas Fund earmarked for Project Joseph. For more details on Project Joseph please click on the following link:
Rain needed for the June harvest in that area has been erratic at best, and Barnabas have found that many Christians in the area are not being provided with the aid that is needed.
We praise God that we are able to provide some relief to those who are hungry and in need of food but we also should pray for rains to enhance the June harvest and for those who work for Barnabas in delivering the aid.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
